Convert Folder to Archive (and vice versa)

When we press Alt-F5 we get an archive with folder inside. It is not very convenient because when we enter to such an archive we see not folder contents but folder name.

It would be great if you add two commands:
"Convert Folder to Archive" and "Convert Archive to Folder".

It's a correct behavior - I like it - do not change it without option please.
