Is it possible to make an option: new folder tab icon is placed at the right of folder tab as google chrome or firefox.

I too would like to know the answer, because I have not found such an option, yet!

As far as I can tell, that is not possible in FC 2009.02b.
In the new version (FC XE), the default location for a new tab is at the far right end of existing tabs, which I think is what you are asking for. If you want a new tab to be added next to the current tab (as in FC 2009), then enable that option under Folder Tabs > Tab Management "Add new tab near current tab."
