file modify date

By copying the files, the date of last update should be kept (if required).
Instead, date of time of copying appears by the target file.
I could not find this possibility in the options - perhaps because I am a new user
P.S. Sorry, it seems that is so only by FOLDERS.
By the FILES, the date IS PRESERVED.
