Open Elevated Command Prompt in Windows 7

There is an icon to open a DOS box in FreeCommander's toolbar. Can I open it in Elevated mode? Maybe by holding the Shift or CTRL key?
There is a shortcut (CTR+D) to open the DOS box. Maybe CTRL+SHIFT+D opens the DOS box in Elevated mode? In the Windows Run and Search boxes typing CMD CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER opens an elevated command prompt.
