Replacing failed while unzipping

Hello.
I tried to extract new fc_setup.exe from ZIP to folder with older fc_setup.exe.
Progress bar was demonstrated for the short time, and replacing was failed without any annotation. If I try to replace newer file - it shows confirmation dialog, and succeeds.

Confirmed! When using option "Overwrite existing files", it works good.
