Favorite tool - problem with multibyte filename

Free Commander is the best file utility I use.

In the latest version (10a) the favorite tool seems does not work very well with multibyte filename (Traditional Chinese). Refer to the image FC does not pass the full name of the file to the invoke command (MSPaint in this example).

Problem screen capture (pls remove the blanks in the link):
i8.photobucket. com /albums /a15 /hkman5354 /FC01.png

The setting of my test (MSPaint):
i8.photobucket. com /albums /a15 /hkman5354 /FC02.png

Hope this can be fixed in next version, anyway thank for making such a nice program.
