PortableApps format

File Data\settings\FreeCommander.ini.default is contains default program settings.
According to PortableApps format specification, "the launcher or application must be able to recreate the Data directory and all required files within it if it is missing". In this case, expected behaviour is to set all settings to default values. But when I delete Data directory the settings recreated are quite different.
Most of other application in PortableApps format use App\DefaultData directory to keep default settings. Can it be the way to solve this problem?
