Can't access Help Files

Hello. Oh my. You have created a very nice looking interface.

I just recently found your Commander. I downloaded and went through the install. But unrortunately , I couldn't find the Help files. When I tried to access HELP, it told me that it couldn't find the Help ffiles and invited me to go to the web and try to find the help files there. So, I accepted and we went to the web. But I didn't know how to go about finding help once I was at your web site. Can you provide any instructions for that?

Specifically, what I am looking for, is a way to find files based on their names or some contents of the files expressed in text strings.

For example, find all files whose names contain the substring "XG7". Or ... find all files that contain the text string "Dogs and Cats" somewhere in the body of the file (not the name of the file).
