Use of RMB Context for File Copy Comes up with UnZip

The subject says it all...
Trying to copy one pane to another - both pointing at folders over a network (on same PC). Use of the R mouse button has Copy but when I go to Paste it opens an Unpack dialog.
If I try to do this from the Edit menu, the Copy is there but the destination pane has the Paste grayed out.
Running Win 7; 2009.02b of FC
PS: On my WinXP PC, am running 2009.02a Had I found my download of that earlier I may have used that instead...
