I just recently switched to FC, and loved it, expecially the tabs, but i have also lots of movie files, that have chinese fonts as titles, and those wont display correctly in FC, while they are working correctly in normal vista explorer!
is there a solution on this, or do i always have to opened them separately with vista explorer?
thank you for any help!
chinese fonts not displaying??
I also have this problem occasionally with files that have names that originated in Japanese...
In FC (or TurboNav previously) I can not delete or rename them, and have to go into Explorer to do that...
It`s obviously soumething to do with the fonts and possibly Unicode, but I would also like to know if there`s a workaround for this problem.
Thanks

From the FAQ:
I have recently downloaded FreeCommander and tried to use it. However, it does not support files with Thai language characters.
FreeCommander is non-unicode program. You have to tell windows what language to use for non-unicode applications:
- In Windows XP select Start menu -> Settings -> Control Panel.
- In the Control Panel select Regional and Language Options.
- Select the Advanced tab.
- Set the Language for non-Unicode programs to the correct language.
