Create Chinese Directory Name

Bug Description:
Step 1 : Press [F7] to create a new directory , then FC popup a dialog.
Step 2 : Input a CHINESE WORD like "我们" , the cursor at the end of the word now .
Step 3 : Press [backspace] to delete the chinese word , the cursor position jump to wrong place and another word will be deleted.
