Crashes when folder contains many folders

Hi,

I have a repeated problem...
On our network drive, we have a job folder that contains many folders...over 800!!!
If I access the job folder, it take a long time to get the folder list.
If I navigate away from FreeCommander to another program then come back to FC, it freezes.

Any help greatly appreciated as I love the program but cant use it productively any more at work.
