Cancelling a zip file update= Zip file destruction

FC 2009.2a +WinXP SP3 (reproduced on 2 different systems).

1/ Create a zip file A.ZIP.
2/ With Right panel of FC : Open the zip file A.ZIP.
3/ With Left panel of FC: Select several files (consider at least 50MB).
4/ Press F5 to insert the files selection into A.ZIP (update the zip file).
PRESS CANCEL DURING THE OPERATION.
=> Error message: Error XXXX - aborted by User
5/ Press OK.
=> A.ZIP doesn't exist anymore.
