Rename in copy dialog don't work with custom copy tool

There is often situation when i want to copy file to another dir with different name (ie. file in target directory already exists). Everything goes fine when using native copy routine.
But with custom copy tool (in my case Teracopy) it doesn't work.
When I press F5 and copy dialog shows up and I would expected that "target" field give me option to modify target path and filename. But whatever I type in target field, the file is copied always to second panel with its original name.
I suppose that the best solution (for me) would be (many times requested) good integrated file copying .
