Define favorite tools issue

I use the version 2008.06a on Windows XP SP2.
If you create a category with some applications and then insert the category icon as last item everything it's ok.
But if you move the category icon as first item every time you will go to "Define favorite tools" and selecting your category a message "'' is not a valid integer value." will be appear; besides if you press ok the last item will be moved to the first position.
