Copy tab to same panel on tab context menu and ctrl+dragging to copy on either panel

The context menu lacks the ability to copy the tab to the same panel.
Also, as a suggestion which both Excel and AutoCAD have is the ability to copy the tabs by ctrl+dragging the tab to the side as shown in the gif below in Excel.
This feature would be the easiest method to duplicate tabs as it also allows exact placement of the tab on either panel with one mouse movement and modifier key.
