Toolbar on each drive pane

#1 Post by bblackmoor » 08.01.2019, 03:43

I would greatly prefer to have a separate toolbar for each drive pane. I can't tell you how many times I have clicked the "create folder" or "refresh" or "go one level up" icons on the toolbar, then had to undo it, select the other drive pane, then do it again.

Thank you.

You can use the address bar, which work good.

There are also "left border" and "right border" vertical panels, but panel is not activated if you use the button from another panel, perhaps a bug?

You can use also different color for inactive panel, and/or try the color schemes.

Hello,

FreeCommander is a superb File Manager I have ever seen.
It is a great job! Thank you very much!!!

I like address bar too. Its only cons is its place.
It will left very short place for address if one put more buttons on the address bar.
So, I agree to create another toolbar called "panel's toolbar".
One toolbar for each panel, but contents in them are same, they will activate their panel, just like the toolbar in the address bar. not like the left toolbar and the right toolbar.
Only defference is its palce.
Place it below the address bar or above the status bar (on the top or the bottom of the panel). If one can choose where to place, will be even better.

Best Regards,
Thank you.

If we are at it: why not an option two Splitter?

Two Splitters placed next to each other, one for Panel on the left, the other for the Panel on the right
