I had named some. Let me try to lengthen the list, which can't be exhaustive
I'll try to describe you my config and to describe what can I do with formats I use in my work.

Archiver plugins installed (in their order in the list, because order of plugins is very important in FC XE)
-TotalObserver - could be dounloaded here http://wincmd.ru/download.php?id=totalobserver
associated extensions: totalobserver
-Total7Zip - could be found here viewtopic.php?f=6&t=6924#p22653
associated extensions: 7z.xz.bzip2.gzip.tar.wim.zip
-fcRar - internal FC plugin
associated extensions: rar
-fcZip - internal FC plugin
associated extensions: zip.jar.war

Viewer plugins installed:
-OOView - to view OpenOffice format in internal FC viewer (ODT, ODS, ODP, ODG, ODF, and many more, you can see list of all supported extensions in plugin), could be downloaded here http://totalcmd.net/download.php?id=OOSimpleViewer
-Office 2007 - to view MSOffice format in internal FC viewer (DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, PPSX), could be downloaded here http://totalcmd.net/download.php?id=office2007wlx_64

Now what can I do with described above formats
-With Enter key or doubleclick from mouse I can run any of Open/Libre Office or MS Office files as registered application.
-With Ctrl+PageDown I can open any of Open/Libre Office or MS Office files as archive (even old DOC, XLS, PPT, ... could be opened as archive). Archiver plugins give me ability to do that.
-With F3 key I can view content of any Open/Libre Office or MS Office files in internal viewer as plain text (old DOC, XLS, PPT, ... could NOT be viewed in internal viewer because I have no necessary plugin installed, but you can install ListDoc 1.2 plugin to view DOC files and Excellence 1.20 to view XLS files).

If I had plugins for all other formats, that you listed (EPUB, CAPX, MXL, CDR, ...), I can make the same with them, but I don't use that formats in my everyday work.

So you need to inspect your settings and install necessary plugins to make everything work fine.
Have a look at viewtopic.php?f=18&t=7075 to find plugins you need.
