Video thumbnails

Currently, the thumbnails for video files display probably the first frame from video, the result is the empty black preview, in explorer the preview is displayed correctly. It's not a bug, but the video thumbnails in FC are unusable.
My suggestions for video thumbnails:
1. Use 1 static preview frame from 10% of the video.
2. Use 4 static preview frames in one thumbnail, from 10/20/30/40%.
3. Use 4 changing preview frames per thumbnail, from 10/20/30/40%.
Do not use preview from 50+%.
