Delete permanently icon change

It's the same as the regular one. I believe the old icons had a difference.

You can check the icons in Flat and Flat Pro set in Settings > View > Icon sets, click the button next to icon set selection.

Old Flat set had different icon for "delete permanently", but "delete to recycle bin" was the same as "delete".

The problem is, that standard "Delete" option can be different, according to Windows Recycle bin option, it can be:
- with dialog
- without dialog
- move to recycle bin
- delete permanently

Currently you can still use different icons for "Delete permanently" and "Delete to recycle bin".

Yes, still think the delete permanently should be different in the stock icons.

There are 3 group types of delete here it seems so three different icons, one for each would be good.

As I said, for "delete" it can be 4 options, 4 combinations and I think FC can't detect which is active, so it can be misleading if this icon would be different, for example, "delete" can be "delete permanently" too, but the icon would be not as the other "delete permanently" action.
