Hello,
I think it's roughly 20 years ago when I was using TNT as a file manager. This tool had a unique feature which I've not seen anywhere else since then:
A posibility to copy a selection of files with a part of the source directory. What does that mean? Example: Source is like:
c:\temp\user\applikation\my\files\savegame\something_else\MyFile.doc
I want to copy this file to e:\backup but with a part of the directory structure. So the result shall be:
e:\backup\savegame\something_else\MyFile.doc
Since there are a lot of other files in the source directory wich I do not want to copy I cannot just copy the whole directory "savegame".
The tool I mentioned above offered me a Treeview of the source where I could indicate to which directory level the copy function should work.
Greetings
