I think this option could be useful in both, window and fullscreen/maximized mode.

Option to show the quick viewer in floating window - a separate window, movable, resizable - size and position would be saved.

This way it would be easy to move and resize the window anywhere, main file list would not be resized and it could be larger as now.

What is the difference to the viewer F3?

Few differences:
- possibility to use different size and position
- more compact
- no menu
- no toolbar
- perhaps even no title bar, move clicking anywhere
- always connected to file list
- focus stay on main FC window, when opening and closed
