Scroll tabs with mouse wheel

Currently when using a mouse wheel over the tab bar, tabs are switched one by one, this is useful for few tabs, but for many tabs it would be more useful to scroll tabs - and not just by one tab, scroll more tabs.
Tab bar buttons are small and quite slow, they scroll tab bar just by one tab.
