Adjust in Multiple Files

#1 Post by BazzaBoy » 05.03.2008, 08:27

When I transfer photos to my hard disk from the SD Card, the file modified date and file created date don't come up as the same. For starters, that does not make sense. If I have not yet edited the photo, the dates should be the same.

Anyhow, I tried to use FreeCommander's wonderful feature of copying File Modified Date to File Created Date (Attributes/Time Stamp). But I tried to do it with about 60 files selected. Only attributes of the first file changed. Rest all remained the same as before.

Can I do such a thing to multiple files or have I got to do it one file at a time? That would be really inconvenient.

Thanks in advance.

BazzaBoy -- I use the Modify Attributes frequently, and sometimes it does do only the first file on a multiple-selections list.

So just select the list and run the procedure again, it always works on multiple files for me on the second try.

just one of those odd little things.....
