Hi everybody,
I use Freecommander from some years ago and I'm very satisfied.
During the last days Freecommander began to crash repetedly; it had crashed very seldom before.
The problem arose a short time after the update of the suite LibreOffice from Ver. 3.05 to ver 3.06.
I tried to uninstall and install Freecommander again but the problem still remains.
Could this depend from a compatibility problem with LibreOffice 3.6 ? mmmm...

Free Commander crashes repeatedly - LibreOffice?
Re: Free Commander crashes repeatedly - LibreOffice?
A similar problem has been reported with FC-XE. viewtopic.php?f=6&t=4452

I'll try the portable version.
Re: Free Commander crashes repeatedly - LibreOffice?
Upgrading to LibreOffice 3.6.1 might help.
Re: Free Commander crashes repeatedly - LibreOffice?
Thank you Scott_Y, I'll install Ver. LO 3.6.1.
Meanwhile I installed Freecommander XE to manage the problem.
It didn't show instability but itg has another problem: it loses its configuration when I shut it down.

Hmm... You might check the save and backup features in Settings > General > Settings.Kat wrote:... it loses its configuration when I shut it down.
If that doesn't take care of it, I suggest you make a new post in the Beta Bug Reports section, including any details of the problem and what OS you are using.
