Hi all,

How to replace Windows's default Explorer by FreeCom ? (ie: permanantly)

The registry trick given in thread viewtopic.php?t=1273 doesnt work properly in Windows Seven.

You have no more access to control pannel, Recycle bin and all other explorer plug-in.

I try to find a solution in thread viewtopic.php?t=2294, but it's just a (ugly) workaround !.

anyone can help me on this issue ?

Do I take it that there is no reliable way to make FC the default file utility in Win7?

In FC-XE 598: Tools menu > Redirect Win+E to FreeCommander. I don't know how many previous versions had that option. And I haven't tried it myself, so if you do, you might report your experience here.
