Increase size of "Go Up" button on address bar ?

Is there any way I can increase the size of the "Go Up" button on each of the drive bars ?

I use it quite a lot and it seems a little small at the moment currently being 2 small dots.....and the possibilty to move it into a more prominent place, maybe the first button of the 3 ?

I cannot find a way to do this, but I might have overlooked it.
