I can't seem to figure out hot to drag move selected files to another tab
in the same pane with the mouse. No matter what I do it pops up the
Copy dialog.
Usually I want to drag/move since on the same drive Windows just changes the directory listings.. much faster.

"Windows Standard" is one of those oxymorons though.Dreamer wrote:You're welcome.
BTW It's the Windows standard, try to drag a desktop icon, or any file in explorer and hold:
shift - to move
ctrl - to copy
alt, or ctrl+shift - to create shortcut
Anyway, nice that it works.
But I still think it would be a good idea to add the mouse info to
the hotkey info. Otherwise it's just about impossible to find.
Re: drag move to tab?
How can I disable or skip the dialog when copying or moving a file by dragging it onto another tab (simply proceed with the dialog default settings)?

Re: drag move to tab?
It is easier than you think. You just hold down the control key while you are dragging it, then you are good top go.

Using the ctrl+mouse for copying or shift+mouse for moving files, works for the main file view panel and directory tree view panel, but not for the tabs because there a dialog pops up, both for copying and moving.lexybam wrote:[...] You just hold down the control key while you are dragging it, then you are good top go [...]
