Unable to replace a file in the destination folder

When moving a file from one panel to the other by drag and drop and the file ALREADY exists in the destination panel, a box is displayed giving options.
If 'Replace the file in the Destination' is chosen AND the destination Quick view panel is displaying the file (a pdf in this case), the operation fails due to permissions being required.
This makes it necessary to either move the cursor away from the destination file copy or delete it first then move the new copy.
This happens all too frequently as both file are in their respective quick view panels for comparison purposes.

I'm not sure if it's a bug, but some video players can "release" the file even if it's playing, so it can be deleted, so perhaps it's possible to solve it, but I think it's more a request than a bug.
