I've checked FreeCommand - Settings - Start Program - Start/TEMP Folder - Start with last used folders.
This often doesn't work correctly. Very regularly I notice that FreeCommand opens not with the last used set of tabs/folders, but with an older set of tabs/folders, e.g. from the day before yesterday. It looks like storing the last used set of tabs/folders doesn't always work. I haven't found if there are any particular circumstances under which this problem occurs. I often don't explicitly close FreeCommand, but let it close automatically upon logging off from Windows. Perhaps that has something to do with it.
Current version: Build 801 - 64 bit donor.
Bugs and issues.
