It worked until this morning. Then it stopped.

I am on Win 7 32-bit, operating FC XE 2017.1.0.740. No new software was installed between last functionality and the terminal failure to start.

When I click on the icon, it runs in Task Manager, but does not open. There are no errors associated with the event in the Log.

I have uninstalled and re-installed, with no luck.

I am aware that a few people had this issue with older versions, but not this one.

Can you see the FC in the taskbar, and/or in Alt+Tab dialog? Are you using external monitor/display, or virtual desktops? I'm not sure if it works also in Win7, but you can try to use Win+Tab, it should show any additional Windows desktops. FC could be on another display, or desktop, or off screen.

• Try to reproduce a bug with default settings and without plugins. To do this use these command line parameters (your old setting files will be preserved):

/N /NewIni=FreeCommanderTest.ini /NoPlugins /Lng=English
