FreeCommander causing heavy CPU load when downloading files

#1 Post by peter77 » 13.05.2015, 19:23

I am using FreeCommander 691 on Windows 7 x32 and when downloading files that puts heavy load on the CPU and when i close FreeCommander the load decrease with a half it had been. I don't know why it is happening but it looks like a bug to me.

It could be auto refresh.
You could try to increase the change interval, e.g.:
DirMonChangeInterval=1000

Where are the settings for auto refresh? I am using the portable FreeCommander.

I changed the DirMonChangeInterval value to 1000 and now it seem it doesn't load the CPU that much.
