Custom text colour for different file types issue

When you have set up different colours for different file types (Settings->View->File/folder->Item color) and you select the file, the text colour changes to black, omitting custom colour.

I think there should be an option in Settings->View->File/folder->Color/Font so you can select if you would like the selection to be shown in black or custom colour.
