Mouse wheel scrolling not working on favorite folders list

Mouse wheel scrolling not working on the list of favorite folders, the popup list that is opened by the icon on the toolbar - "Shows popup menu with favorite folders". This is in case when you have lot of folders in the list and some of them are not visible.
I am using version 660 on Windows 7 x32.

I'm using Version 707 x32 - mouse scrolling still not working in special cases, i.e. when opening control panel on standard toolbar, which contains more items than can be displayed simultaneously in my vertical screen resolution. I get a list, that has 2 black triangles at the beginning and at the end of that list. If I keep left mouse button pressed on a triangle it starts slow scrolling. If I could use mouse wheel at that moment, that would be really nice!
