preview icon not working

Good evening,
I state that I have been using FC for a lifetime, I would like to point out that ultimanente the preview of the images or videos does not work correctly and does not show anything after a few minutes. I use the 840 version of FC 64bit and windows 10 but it also does this with the 32bit version. Being the thing repeated continuously and annoying, I ask for some help. Thanks in advance
