Google Doc from context / shell menu not working

#1 Post by Mavarox » 29.01.2019, 21:55

I added Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets to the context menu through the registry key.
It works fine in the Windows file explorer.
In FreeCommander the docs are visible in the contextual menu but after creating them they have 0 bytes and cannot be opened. I get an "Invalid Google document file" error.

When I open the Google doc file created from the Windows contextual menu in a notepad it has this data:
{"url": "https://docs.google.com/open?id=1SDu-kENWuy...", "doc_id": "1SDu-kENWuyiQAXJdzQfSoV7ddISXP3Sy...", "email": "email_name@gmail.com"}

When I open the file created from the FreeCommander contextual menu in a notepad it doesn't have any data, it's just empty.

Does anyone know how to make it work in a FreeCommander?
Please let me know if I should add more info.
