Thumbnails are getting cropped

I'm a new user of FreeCommander.
The version I'm using is:
FreeCommander XE 2018 Build 770 32-bit public
The problem I'm facing is that the thumbnails in FreeCommander are always shown as cropped.
eg.
But in another explorer, the thumbnails aren't cropped, which is what I want from FreeCommander.
eg.
I love FreeCommander for all the customization options and better usability.
I'm pretty sure, I might be doing something wrong or it might be a minor issue that can be resolved.
I would love to have any kind of assistance.
I'm new to the forum, so let me know if I did anything wrong, like posting in the wrong section or something, guide me right.
