separate folder panel for left and right side

This has probably been answered many times, but I had no clue how to search for it.
On my previous Freecommander I had a folder panel on the left side and the right side (so 2 panels on the left and 2 panels on the right), but on Freecommander XE I cannot figure out how to create a folder panel for the right side. How can I get the same layout in XE?
