Non-Autoreorder

Good morning!
How do I make it so that when I rename a file it doesn't reorder itself to a new position? and I don't want to have to sort by modified date to do this, I just want live-reorder off (unticking the autorefresh options in settings does nothing). I came from XP which didn't have live reorder to Win10 that does, and every second I tear my hair our at live reorder as it serves very little use and makes almost all sequential tasks unbearably frustrating. Live reorder is the worst productivity killer in Win10.
