Comparing folders, separating files that are different

#1 Post by gerardboterman » 01.05.2018, 12:25

Problem:
I have got two folders with music (MP3) files, I like to select the files that are different and move these to another folder. How can I do this using FreeCommander?

I tried using 'Synchronize' comparing the two folders, by selecting the 'new files' option it showed 516 files that were different in one of the panels.
I tried selecting these files to copy to another, different folder, but cannot find this option. Any suggestions please? I do not want to delete these files but keep these.

You can use Folder >>> Compare to view the differences of two folders.
All different files are selected.
Cut all selected files in the left folder and paste them into an other folder. Then compare folders again and cut all selected files in the right folder to past them into an other folder.
