ConEmu and admin privileges

Hi,
I want to set ConEmu as my standard DOS console application
So I got to Tools->Settings->View->DOS Prompt and in "DOS box command specification" I put the path to ConEmu
The Tools->Dos box does start ConEmu, expect if it is set to run with admin priviledges
That is, I right click on the ConEmu executable->properties->Compatibility->check Run this program as administrator and press OK. Then Tools->DOS box doesn't work anymore. It doesn't start ConEmu and it doesn't show any error messages either
