FC starts extremely slow

FC needs about 1 to 3 minutes after clicking the FC icon / its exe to start FC.
How could I make it start faster?

Do you have tabs with network folders?

No, I don't. Not that I were aware of it. How do they look like?
When I press ALT and drag an exe file to a tool bar it lasts about the same time until FC is accessible again.

Thank you for the link, have I missed the solution there, cannot find one?
My FC hast been as slowly on Win 7 as it is now on Win 10. So that does not appear to be the cause.
