Compare files to select those that aren't the same?

I know that this program can be used to do a side by side comparison of files this allowing you to see any differences. I'm looking for a utility that will compare 2 files not to see if they are the same but the opposite. I wish to compare 2 files & then be able to select the files that aren't in both locations. Is this possible with Free Commander? If not do you know any program that can do this?

Try Synchronize (Alt+S)
