I'm trying to change the borders

MY Freecommander XE is white, I'd like to edit the borders color I've seen an example in the help files of a window that had orange or light brown arouns the edges of the interface. Could someone help me out?

The border color of the main window - as in the help - is from Windows 8 and not from the FreeCommander.
All other color settings you can find under Tools->Settings, may be important http://www.freecommander.com/fchelpxe/en/Viewstyle.html.
