The actual only-one tree view that works for both left and right panel is confusing.
I tried to get used to that since at least one month or two. But it's still uncomfortable in many cases, and not as user-friendly as it seems at first sight.

I couldn't find the way to get 2 tree views when i searched for that.

You can use tree for each panel
Tools - Settings... - View - Tree - 'General' tab - select 'One tree per panel'
