Replace all of the drive letters with a variable?

How can one replace all of the drive letters with a variable such like %FcSrcDrive% (to make FC able to access the different drives with different drive letters and same folder structure or the same drive with changing drive letters) in one or two steps? Can I search and replace in the ini file?
