Mouse Wheel Scroll - Any Ideas

Hi All - I searched this and it looks like it died a year ago so I'll ask again.

Is there any way to set the number of lines you scroll in the viewer pane from the default of 6 lines per mouse wheel click (WOW) to the standard one line, one click of the mouse wheel?

Thanks in advance - this really should be simple but apparently not?
