Ignore File Extension in Zip

I got several csv Files which I want to turn into zip-files. When I pack one into a zip file i get the following name as default: Name.csv.zip

Is it possible to exclude the File Extension? I tried to hide the extension which works, but the Default Zip Name is the same.

Are there any ideas how I could handle this problem.
