How to remove all folders containing 1 folder only from the

Is there a way to automatically (or in a single step at least or two) move all folders (to a special folder) which are sub folders of their folders which do not contain anything but this single sub folder? Or can the folders containing only the sub folders some how be deleted so that all of their sub folders get one level higher in the folder hierarchies?

E.g.:

I:\2\Stanley Clarke - Modern Man - this folder only contains the following sub folder, anything else:

I:\2\Stanley Clarke - Modern Man\Stanley Clarke - Modern Man (this folder contains files, may be sub folders with one or more files)
