Hello Cathy, welcome to the FreeCommander forum.
Bug Report for old version is locked, please use this section if you need any help with old version (2009).
I recommend to use the latest XE version. More info about the reasons why there is a new XE version are here:

If you already use the XE version, please use the Bug reports forum in FreeCommander XE group.
